Baddie Brand Shipping Policy

At Baddie Brand, every piece is made with care and shipped directly from the USA through our trusted fulfillment partners.

Order Processing Times

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days 

Each order is custom-made just for you. Once your item is ready, it will be handed off to the carrier for delivery.

Shipping Time Estimates

  • United States (Domestic Orders): 5–10 business days (Free Shipping on all U.S. orders) 
  • Canada: 7–15 business days 
  • International: 10–20 business days (varies by country and carrier) 

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. For example, a U.S. order may take 2–4 business days to process plus 5–10 business days for shipping.

Shipping Costs

U.S. Domestic Orders: Always ship free. 

International Orders: Standard carrier rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. These costs are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order on our Track My Order page.

Shipping Issues & Delays

Baddie Brand is not responsible for: 

  • Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS) 
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout 
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received 

If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your carrier or neighbors. We cannot replace or refund lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
